Remedial Massage (Fusion Therapy)
Fusion Massage is a type of remedial massage. In your treatment I will work on the body to loosen stuck or restricted fascia, release tension in the muscles and other connective tissue. Releasing this tension can result in pain relief, improved circulation and relaxation. Commonly, upper body tension can be held in the hands or the head and lower body tension can be traced back to the feet. I focus on these areas initially to start to release tension. Then, I will extend the massage to the rest of the body.
